Portions Guide

These tables should be used as a guide only as what some would consider a good sized portion of cake others might consider either too large or too small.

The charts below list standard cake sizes however we are willing and able to provide cakes of different shapes and sizes, from individual 2" cakes up to 12" and most sizes in between please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to do all we can to provide you with what you are looking for.

For fruit cake portion sizes are generally 1” x2.5” to be served at a wedding but you may wish
 to double this for other occasions.
Sponge Cake portions are generally served double the size of fruit cake.
Square cake provide more portions per cake than round.
If you are having more than one tier then add together the portions for each tier.
 

*Cakes can be made gluten free (wheat free), organic or Fair Trade.
