	Hello Kris, I'm sorry I haven't been in touch sooner - getting married, honeymooning and then returning to normality takes a lot longer than I thought! :-) I want to say a BIG thank you for making our wedding cake. It was perfect! Every last detail was perfect. I could never have imagined it was going to look as good as it did. The only negative thing i have to say is that it took away quite a lot of attention away from Mike and I and people would NOT stop saying how nice it was! ;-) Only joking of course! It tasted amazing and I immediately regretted having shared it with 80 people after my first bite! The service you provide is second to none. You are professional, friendly and make the whole cake choosing process so stress free - and your infectious personality makes it all so much fun! Thank you. I will be recommending you to anyone I know getting married or who needs a cake for any occasion (which could be me again at some point soon - dads 60th). I've attached a few of the HUNDREDS of photos I was given of the cake for you to have a looksie. 	Hi Kristina, Sorry this has taken us so long to send to you (who says your evenings and weekends are suddenly free after planning a wedding!) Just wanted to say thank you so very much for an amazing and spectacular looking and tasting cake, it was everything we had hoped for and much much more. It was so nice to see it for the first time as we entered the reception, quite a vision!. People are still telling now me how wonderful our wedding cake was and that it was the best chocolate cake they had ever tasted! I have attached a photo of us cutting the cake - we had a great day and everything ran to plan, we followed this with a 3 week honeymoon in Australia and Hong Kong which was brilliant. 	Hi Kristina, I just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful cake. It looked and tasted amazing and we have had so many compliments about it since we got back. Unfortunately most of our friends are getting married outside the West Country otherwise I am sure you would have a fair few enquiries! I've attached a couple of the best photos of the cake for you, in case you'd like to see them. It was a very popular 'subject' for all the amateur photographers so there were plenty to choose from! 	Dear Kristina, Just a note to say thank you for the beautiful cake you made for our wedding at Thornbury Castle. It was the one thing neither of us had seen before the day itself, and so it was an exciting surprise for us to walk into the drawing room and see it sitting there in all its glory! Many of our guests commented on the Filigree design and on how well the cake 'matched' the setting. We were very impressed with your personal service, attention to detail and your obvious passion for cake-making! Thank you for your patience and advice throughout the lengthy ribbon selection process! And of course the cake itself was delicious - all 3 tiers. 	Hi Kris, Just a not to say thank you for a brilliant cake it looked stunning. Unfortunately I only managed to get a tiny piece and the bride missed eating any but everyone else thought it was wonderful and it all went. My Husband keeps raving about it , it was the best cake he has ever tasted we will have to get you to do another one when daughter no.2 gets married . I hope it did not give you to much trouble and that all your weddings that day went well. Please find enclosed attachment an amateur picture of it . 	Hi Kristina OMG what a most amazing looking and tasting Ruffle Cake just the biso! There were many oooh’s and arr’s and requests for seconds which I was not so keen on – thank you so much.
