Cake Types

All cakes can be made in either:

  • Rich Fruit Cake - with brandy or a liquor of your choice if you prefer.  
    A very rich cake made with quality fruits and nuts,  using only  free range eggs and real butter.
    We try to have a stock of rich fruit cakes already baked to ensure that your cake is nicely matured and fed with brandy for at least 3 months to ensure the best possible flavour.
     

  •  Light Fruit Cake - with Grand Marnier.
    A very light, moist fruit cake with less fruit but still packed with flavour, as with the rich fruit cake we only use free range eggs and real butter in the recipe.

(Fruit cakes are covered with a layer of marzipan before icing).

  • Sponge Cakes:
     

 
  • Victoria Sponge

  • Madeira

  • Lemon

  •  Chocolate 

  • Orange & Grand Marnier

  • Other styles available on Request

OR

  •  Carrot Cake

Fillings are butter cream in a choice of Vanilla, Chocolate, Coffee,  Orange or Lemon.

All cakes are trimmed with ribbon and supplied to you in cake boxes with collapsible sides to help assist easy removal of the cake.  

Cakes can be made gluten free (wheat free), organic or Fair Trade.

Please Note Cakes May Contain Nuts or Nut Products And Have Been Prepared
In a Kitchen Where Nuts
